Christ Talents
[CT] is the arm of DOTTTECC responsible for helping people discover, develop
and deploy their gifts and talents for the advancement of God’s Kingdom on
earth. It’s a drive for total development.
The Modus Operandi of CT is enumerated below:
The vision
is to help genuinely born again, spirit-filled, God-fearing and loving children
of God to correctly Discover, Develop and Deploy their gifts and talents to
advance the Kingdom of God on earth.
"But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ ... And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth are no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love." - Ephesians 4:7,11-16
Christ Talents – Shinning forth the glory of God
Strategic Plan & Modus Operandi
1. The CT project is ordained to fulfill Ephesian 4:7-16, Exo. 8:1, 9:1, 36:1-2; 23:25-26, Rev. 11:15, Rom. 12:1-3

2. Our motto shall be HOLINESS, FAITH & LOVE
3. The Holy Spirit (HS) is our Commander-in-Chief. We depend on Him for all
things everyday, every moment, every way. With Him, we operate in the
supernatural. So we must learn to walk with Him to make the best of our
ministry.
4. The HS is the person that quickens and confirms the Word, causing it to
evoke miracles, signs and wonders. See Gen 1:1-3 and all through the Bible. He
is our Guide. He teaches us all things. He shows us things to come. He is our
shield and buckler.
5. We are ordained as Kings and Priests unto God (Rev 1:5-6). We are
Ambassadors (2 Cor. 5:17). Walk in this mentality.
6. In unity or synergy lies our strength. We are not in a competition in the
Body of Christ but in cooperation (John 17)
7. The sole raw material for our ministrations is the revealed word of God
(Rhema), the word of God quickened by the HS. So we must daily read, study,
meditate, and apply the revealed Word. This is our life wire. Consequently, we
shall be using the one year bible. We shall also subscribe to JESUS THE WAY
radio podcasts and regularly listen to it to build our knowledge of God and
faith in Him.
8. We shall be meeting at least once a .month for fellowship, for special
annual events and for the launching of talents products. We must operate as one
family, irrespective of our diverse talents. In the same spirit of love and
oneness, we shall be promoting one another's talent products, and praying for
one another. The monthly meeting is the 2nd Saturday of every month from 9am to 3pm @
specified CT training centers.
9. My city through prosperity shall be spread abroad. We shall be operating
DIVINE PROSPERITY BUDGET (DPB). You will be taught more about this.
Financial discipline, Time discipline, and Spiritual discipline are the
cornerstones of all-round prosperity. Consequently, we shall be faithful in
paying our tithes and making contributions to help the poor, especially the god-fearing gifted and talented brethren.
10. For clarity, the tithes of all incomes emanating from the sales of talent
products sponsored by Christ Talents (CT) and related events thereof, shall be
remitted to CT. The fund shall be used to run CT and help other upcoming
Talents, the same way you are helped. Talents products includes all ideas and
inspirations that you receive on the platform of Christ Talents that yield
financial returns for you.
11. The point above makes it necessary to conduct a prudent feasibility study,
and more importantly confirming with the Holy Spirit, before investing in any
talent product. In Jesus name, there shall be no loss or waste of resources.
12. We are rich in Christ. All Talents are therefore encouraged to have means
of regular income for self and family sustenance and operate the DPB.. Kings
don't beg. We are assets and not liabilities. We are not ordained to borrow.
Develop skill and character and jobs will be looking for you. If you need more

13. We are not permitted to be sick either. By His stripes, we are healed. All
Talents should learn and manifest the principles of divine health. You will
live long and well in Jesus' name.
14. Consequently, apart from the regular Word study through the channels stated
above, we shall be operating the 7-SEGMENT PRAYER PATTERN (7SPP). You will be
taught more on this.
15. At CT we shall continuously be working to develop our talent skills.
Consequently, we shall be operating the Kaizen principle, that is, continuous
improvement based on the concerted application of laws of creativity and
innovation. We must always aspire to be the world's best in our area of talent.
This requires continuous learning and practice. When you stop learning you
start 'dying'.
